I guarantee everything I make and sell through this website. If your new item is defective, I'll make it right.

• Lifetime guarantee = If, through normal use, your leather product wears out, stitching comes undone, etc, just send it back and I'll fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll make you a new one. 
• Please note, this guarantee does not cover negligence! If you put a hole in your wallet by using it to prop up a wobbly table, or your dog used it as a chew toy, I can't help you.
