Frequently Asked Questions

Leatherwork is my hobby. I make each piece by hand, one at a time. I have no employees, and I have virtually no inventory of finished products.

This means:

• When you place your order, it will be put at the end of the line until all previous orders are fulfilled. This can take days, weeks, or longer depending on the number of orders ahead of you. I will contact you when I'm ready to start your order and update you as your products are completed and shipped.
• Each item I make is unique due to subtle differences in the leather from hide to hide. (No two cows are identical, therefore no two hides are identical) The item pictured will look slightly different from the one you receive. 
• I will contact you when I'm ready to begin building your order and will email you with updates during the build process and again when it ships.

Yes. But only for materials and craftmanship. If it wears out, stitching comes undone, etc, just send it back and I'll fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll make you a new one.

Please note, this guarantee does not cover negligence! If you put a hole in your wallet by using it to prop up a wobbly table, or your dog used it as a chew toy, I can't help you.
